Breeze Airways is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Full-Time Flight Attendants to join their crew base at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). About the Role
As a Flight Attendant with Breeze Airways, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, maintaining a safe and positive work environment, and acting as the company's brand ambassador. Key responsibilities include ensuring guest comfort, mitigating high-stress situations, collaborating with fellow team members, and adhering to all FAA regulations and company procedures. This full-time position offers a monthly guarantee of 70 flying hours and requires the candidate to reside within a two-hour driving distance of RDU.
Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational achievement.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions for any employer.

Must be able to travel to/from the United States without restriction or interruption.

Must currently possess a Passport with a minimum of six (6) months remaining prior to expiration.

Sufficient vision and hearing to safely and effectively carry out duties.

Able to sit and buckle into a Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt on assigned aircraft.

Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Able to read announcements clearly, give emergency commands, and communicate in English.

Able to serve alcoholic beverages.
-
Able to adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations.
-
Able to perform all safety-related procedures.

Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.

Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and Breeze background checks.

Able to complete a 3+ week full-time Flight Attendant Training course.

Willingness to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late nights, overnights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

Able to work "Reserve Assignments".

Must adhere to Breeze Airways Tattoo and Piercing policy.

Must be able to perform assigned duties including, but not limited to: bending, kneeling, standing, walking, moving through aircraft aisles for extended periods, lifting luggage, pushing/pulling catering carts, operating door and window exits, and working in confined spaces.

Ability to open/close overhead storage compartments with a maximum push/pull force of approximately 50 pounds.

Ability to operate aircraft doors and emergency exits requiring push/pull force of 90 pounds or more.

Ability to push/pull beverage and food carts on wheels up and down inclines with maximum force of approximately 60 pounds.

Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.

Able to assist disabled passengers and transport them as needed.

Ability to work in a pressurized cabin environment with changes in altitude and air pressure.
