Role Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will play a pivotal role in the comprehensive management and support of various HR functions. Key Responsibilities

• Manages and optimizes the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding processes for both aviation professionals and administrative personnel, ensuring strict adherence to industry best practices and company policies.
• Administers employee benefits programs, meticulously coordinates payroll processes, and accurately manages HR information systems, guaranteeing data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Provides expert guidance and robust support on employee relations matters, implements effective performance management strategies, and facilitates constructive conflict resolution.
• Ensures stringent adherence to all applicable Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and specific aviation regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and promoting legal compliance.
• Develops, implements, and continuously refines HR policies and procedures that are meticulously aligned with Brasil Vida Aereo Taxi's overarching strategic objectives and operational excellence.
• Facilitates and champions training and development initiatives designed to significantly enhance employee skills, foster continuous professional growth, and support career progression within the dynamic aviation industry.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrable and proven experience in a Human Resources role, with a strong preference for candidates possessing experience within the aviation, transportation, or a similarly highly regulated industry.
• A comprehensive and strong understanding of Brazilian labor legislation (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho - CLT) is essential.
• Exceptional communication, superior interpersonal skills, and meticulous organizational abilities are required.
• Proficiency in contemporary HR software applications and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is considered highly desirable and advantageous for this role.
