The Opportunity

The Human Resources Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce and culture, ensuring the recruitment, development, and retention of exceptional talent. The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing effective HR strategies that align with business objectives, particularly within the fast-paced and regulated environment of the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various aviation-specific roles, including pilots, maintenance technicians, ground staff, and administrative personnel, to attract and onboard the best candidates.
• Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in strict adherence to Brazilian labor laws and aviation industry standards.
• Providing expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, to foster a harmonious work environment.
• Coordinating comprehensive onboarding programs, as well as ongoing training and development initiatives, to enhance employee skills and career growth within the company.
• Administering compensation, benefits, and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitive offerings.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential HR records, preparing relevant reports, and contributing to strategic HR planning and analytics.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all human resources-related inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is essential.
• Proven experience in a Human Resources generalist or specialist role, with a strong preference for candidates demonstrating previous experience within the aviation, airline, or transportation sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and contemporary HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is highly advantageous for effective communication within a diverse operational context.
