About the Role

Brasil Vida Aereo Taxi is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to enhance its dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Manages the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, rigorous interviewing, and seamless onboarding processes for a diverse range of aviation professionals such as pilots, maintenance technicians, and crucial operational staff.
• Develops, implements, and continuously updates HR policies and procedures, ensuring strict compliance with evolving Brazilian labor laws and specific aviation industry regulations.
• Administers competitive compensation and benefits programs, meticulously ensuring fairness, equity, and market competitiveness within the highly specialized aviation employment landscape.
• Provides expert guidance and comprehensive support on complex employee relations issues, proactively fostering a harmonious, respectful, and high-performance workplace culture.
• Coordinates and champions robust training and professional development initiatives designed to significantly enhance the skills, competencies, and career progression opportunities for all aviation personnel.
• Maintains meticulous and accurate HR records, ensuring robust data integrity for essential reporting, auditing, and compliance purposes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrable and proven experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist, with a distinct preference for experience gained within the aviation or transportation industry.
• A solid and comprehensive understanding of Brazilian labor legislation, regulatory frameworks, and contemporary HR best practices is essential.
• Possesses excellent communication, superior interpersonal, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English languages is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage.
