Northeastern Aviation is seeking an experienced Learjet 60XR Captain to join the flight department of Bond-Coat, a leading corrosion prevention and coating technologies provider in the oil and gas sector. This Part 135/91 operations role, based in Odessa, Texas, offers a stable and professional environment supporting an established organization. Ideal candidates will reside in Houston or within commuting distance of Odessa/Midland.

About the Role

• Serve as Captain on the Learjet 60XR for Bond-Coat's flight department in Odessa, TX.
• Support flight operations under Part 135/91 regulations.
• Emphasis on professionalism, communication, and leadership is expected.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2,500 hours of total flight time.
• A minimum of 1,000 hours of turbine time.
• Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Valid passport.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reside in Houston or within commuting distance of Odessa/Midland.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to freely enter and exit all countries where company flight operations occur.
• Successful completion of a 10-year background investigation.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and iPad-based aviation applications.
• Experience in a similar Captain role.
