Bombardier seeks an experienced Flight Test Captain to join its Montreal Flight Operations team in Dorval, Quebec, Canada. This role focuses on conducting production ground and flight tests for Challenger aircraft, ensuring airworthiness, and performing demonstration, customer acceptance, and ferry flights.

Requirements

• Valid Canadian ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence)
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Minimum of 3,500 total flight hours
• Minimum of 500 Pilot-In-Command (PIC) hours on large multi-engine aircraft
• Eligibility to work and reside in Canada
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and undertake short-notice travel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Capacity to perform aircraft commander duties while fostering positive crew and management relationships
• Proficiency in managing stressful situations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
