As a Demonstration Pilot, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing the unparalleled capabilities of Bombardier's world-class aircraft (3500/6500/7500). Reporting to the Chief Pilot, you will embody the company's vision to be a Center of Excellence for the aviation community, passionately providing expertise and guidance to customers and the industry alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of Flight Operations aircraft during demonstration flights and interim lift operations worldwide, adhering to Bombardier policies and FAA/Transport Canada regulations.
- Conduct international operations, with a focus on key markets including North America, Europe, China, India, and Brazil.
- Master the art of demonstration flying, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Bombardier aircraft.
- Maintain currency on two Bombardier aircraft types.
- Represent Bombardier at marketing events, airshows, and static displays, engaging with potential and existing customers.
- Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through specialized training programs.
- Contribute to departmental goals by undertaking assigned collateral duties and projects.
Qualifications:
- FAA ATP Certificate
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Experience as a CFI/MEI or equivalent (e.g., ex-military instructor)
- FCC Radio Permit
- Minimum 3500 hours Total Flight Time
- Minimum 1500 hours Multi-engine Turbine time
- Ability to work in diverse climatic conditions and varying levels of cabin pressurization
- Flexibility to work extended duty days (up to 16 hours) and across multiple time zones (up to 12)
- Willingness to deploy for up to 16 days at a time
- Adaptability to changing schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
- Transport Canada ATPL
- Transport Canada Category 1 Medical
- Type rating in a Bombardier aircraft (3500/6500/7500)
- Previous Demonstration Pilot experience with Bombardier or a competitor
