About the Role
The Captain - Demonstration Team is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft during demonstration flights and participation in major airshows and industry events. This position requires a high level of aviation expertise, including the ability to conduct unrestricted worldwide flying operations, supervise crewmembers, and ensure compliance with all regulations. The role also involves supporting sales efforts by answering performance-related questions about assigned aircraft and potentially acquiring additional type ratings and flight hours on company products. Minimum of 3500 total flight hours

Minimum of 1500 multi-engine turbine hours

Ability for unrestricted worldwide travel, including up-to-date immunizations.

Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees, customers, and management.

Computer proficiency for operating iPads, email, and web-based applications.

Strong planning and organizational skills for workload management.

Ability to work in environments with varying climatic conditions and cabin pressurization levels.

Willingness to work duty days up to 16 hours, across up to 12 time zones, and deploy for up to 16 days.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a CFI/MEI or equivalent (e.g., ex-military instructor).

International flying experience.

Transport Canada ATPL.

Transport Canada Category 1 Medical.

A type rating in a Bombardier aircraft (3500/6500/7500).

Previous experience as a Demo Pilot with Bombardier or a competitor.

Prior Captain experience on Bombardier product.
