About the Role
Bombardier seeks a Customer Liaison Pilot (CLP) for its Global Series aircraft at its Dorval, QC, Canada location. This role provides crucial operational support within the Customer Response Center, acting as a key liaison between Bombardier's internal teams, customers, and external partners. The Customer Liaison Pilot also supports the Production Flight Test Department and Demo Team, addresses specific customer requirements, and contributes to various Bombardier activities, including Advisory Meetings and Maintenance & Operations (M&O) events.
Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for operators regarding operational and pilot-related technical inquiries for the Global Series aircraft.

Function as the company's Operational Focal for the Global Series aircraft.

Define, establish, and promote Bombardier's Operational Standards.

Provide direct customer support and coordinate query responses with internal departments such as Engineering, Programs, and Production.

Offer operational expertise to other internal departments, including the Operational Evaluation Team, Customer Response Center, In-Service Engineering group, and Field Service Representatives.

Provide pilot support for internal operational flights and customer missions, including Functionality & Confidence flights.

Participate in or lead key projects focused on operational evaluations, safety practices, or enhanced customer satisfaction.

Attend all Global Series Advisory Committee meetings and moderate activities within the Flight Operations sub-committee.

Present specialized topics at Advisory Committees, Maintenance and Operators Conferences, and industry trade shows.
Requirements

Possession of FAA and Transport Canada ATP licenses.

Minimum of 2,500 hours of multi-crew flight time.

Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.

Flight experience on any Global platform aircraft.

Strong English communication skills; proficiency in French is an asset.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Valid passport, as international travel may be required.

Eligibility to obtain an airport security pass.
Qualifications
-
Experience in international operations and modern, high-technology cockpit environments is preferred.

Prior experience as a pilot in a corporate or airline setting.

Experience as a Training Captain or Examiner is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
