Boeing Defence Australia is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to support Mission Crew Operator courseware development and instruction at RAAF Base Williamtown, supporting the Wedgetail E-7A Australian Program. This position is responsible for vital courseware developmental activities and instructional delivery in support of both sustainment and emerging work for all E-7A platform training requirements. Responsibilities include conducting E-7A Mission Crew Instructor delivery for ongoing sustainment activities and train-the-trainer coach/mentoring tasks for emerging E-7 fleet support. The role involves analyzing lesson framework needs, designing operator training solutions and products to meet Boeing Defence Australia E-7A Aircraft Capability requirements, and evaluating the effectiveness of developed training programs. The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise in the development of essential E-7A courseware, primarily for Mission Crew, but also including Pilot and Maintenance training materials, to meet stipulated training specifications. Furthermore, the position encompasses conducting E-7A courseware continuous improvement tasks, piloting new courses with innovative processes and technology, and providing support to both testing and development of new processes, working collaboratively with business partners and wider teams.
Desirable qualifications include a Diploma in Training Design and Development (TAE50216) or equivalent, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent. Experience in an AEW&C or AWACS environment as a Mission Crew Operator is highly regarded. Previous experience as an instructor is desired, but not essential; Boeing Defence Australia will support the right individual to achieve this qualification.
