Boeing Executive Flight Operations is looking for a Corporate Flight Attendant to join our team in Gary, IN (Chicago Area). As a Flight Attendant for Boeing you will function in a dedicated flight service capacity on multiple aircraft types, performing all in-flight safety and service duties in support of the transportation requirements of company executives or their designees.

This role will be responsible for monitoring all facets of cabin service and systems, to include telecommunication equipment and cabin management systems. Additionally, provides for the care, comfort and well-being of passengers on assigned flights. Will comply with all company ground and flight operation directives and applicable federal aviation, domestic and international flight regulations and requirements. As a key member of a high performing and dynamic team, you will act as the face of our operation, interacting with executives and customers in a fast-paced environment. Boeing’s corporate aviation operation is an International Standard for Business Aviation Operations (ISBAO) Stage III operator supporting high volume global operations with a fleet of Boeing Business Jets (737) and Bombardier Challenger 650s. This role requires the selected candidate to travel domestically and internationally. As a safety and serviced focused employee 70% of your time will be spent traveling. 30% of time will be spent supporting programs critical to the success of our operation, with a focus on Safety, Standards and Training.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs all safety related in-flight cabin duties to ensure passenger and crew safety. Ensures passenger compliance with safety requirements
  • Monitors aircraft interior systems and coordinates with PIC and maintenance personnel to address and rectify discrepancies
  • Performs preflight duties and reviews emergency equipment for functionality
  • Prepares for flight by reviewing passenger and service requirements. Ensures flight is properly catered to address service level expectations. Understands food safety and dietary restrictions
  • Serves as lead cabin crew member on multiple types of aircraft, often with more than one flight attendant. Conducts in-flight service
  • Manages in-flight medical emergencies, providing first aid and CPR while communicating with medical personnel on ground
  • Conducts cabin post-flight activities and participates in crew debriefs
  • Assists in maintaining critical programs related to the development of operating standards, training, service (catering & aircraft inventory) and safety guidance

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Private, Corporate, Charter and/or Military Operations
  • Emergency Procedures Training, First Aid and CPR Certified
  • Proficient in the use of technology, including Apple and Microsoft Devices and Software (i.e. Excel, Office, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Able to obtain and maintain a valid passport and travel internationally without restriction
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • CL650 or Boeing 737 Experience
  • Aviation Safety Background
  • Food Safety Experience
  • High Personal Standards

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: 68,250 – 113,750
