BlueForce, Inc. seeks a qualified Gulfstream Flight Attendant Instructor to support the 89th Airlift Wing Formal Training Unit (FTU) in providing comprehensive instruction on Gulfstream C-37 A/B aircraft. This role focuses on training flight attendants and Communication System Operators in emergency protocols, customer service, aircraft-specific procedures, and regulatory compliance.
About the Role

Deliver high-quality instruction to Executive Airlift (EA) FTU students based on current training guides and courseware.

Oversee student progress, provide assistance for proficiency development, and evaluate student performance.

Assist students with deficiency corrections and administer tests.

Prepare and maintain essential student files and records.

Manage and review course materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Complete monthly and quarterly reviews and closeouts for submission.

Request and coordinate power-on trainers as needed.

Provide input to FTU flying trainers on recommended training focus areas.

Maintain and adjust training lesson plans, presentations, quizzes, and surveys.
Requirements

Active Secret clearance.

A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Gulfstream Flight Attendant Instructor within the 89th Airlift Wing.

At least five (5) years of demonstrated understanding of C-37 A/B systems and security requirements.

A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated knowledge and practical application of C-37 A/B technical publications, 89th Airlift Wing Operations Procedures, and Air Force regulations.

Five (5) or more years of demonstrated understanding and knowledge of current Air Mobility Command, United States Air Force requirements, and 89th Airlift Wing processes for mission execution.

At least five (5) years of demonstrated knowledge of the 89th Airlift Wing mission and operational conduct.

Demonstrated proficiency with computers, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft Office software.

Demonstrated competence in guiding students through structured learning, fostering engagement, and improving performance.

Proven ability to adhere to organizational standards and policies.

Exceptional written, verbal, and comprehension skills for clear and effective communication in professional and operational settings.
