Gulf Stream Flight Attendant Instructor

BlueForce, Inc. is seeking experienced Flight Attendant Instructors (C-32A/C-37 A/B/C-40B) to support the 89th Airlift Wing Formal Training Unit (FTU). The successful candidate will provide high-quality instruction to flight attendants and Communication System Operators (CSOs), focusing on emergency protocols, customer service standards, aircraft-specific procedures, and regulatory compliance. Please note that this position is subject to contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Instruct Executive Airlift (EA) FTU students in accordance with current training guides and courseware.
  • Oversee student progress and provide assistance to ensure proficiency.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide support for deficiency corrections.
  • Maintain accurate records and files pertinent to the EA FTU, including AF Form 1522s and student records.
  • Manage course materials, perform post-class document reviews, and ensure completion of monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Administer examinations and assessments.
  • Coordinate power-on trainer requests with FTU leadership.
  • Provide recommendations to Formal Training (FFT) instructors regarding training focus areas.
  • Collaborate with staff to maintain and adjust lesson plans, presentations, quizzes, and surveys.
  • Perform additional duties as required following contract award.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Gulf Stream/Boeing Flight Attendant Instructor within the 89th Airlift Wing.
  • At least five (5) years of demonstrated understanding of C-32A/C-37 A/B/C-40B systems and security requirements.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of practical application experience with C-32A/C-37A/B/C-40B technical publications, 89th Airlift Wing Operations Procedures, and Air Force regulations.
  • Five (5) or more years of demonstrated knowledge regarding Air Mobility Command, United States Air Force requirements, and 89th Airlift Wing mission execution processes.
  • At least five (5) years of demonstrated knowledge of the 89th Airlift Wing mission and operational conduct.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office software.
  • Proven competence in guiding students through structured learning, fostering engagement, and driving performance improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to organizational standards and policies.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and operational environments.
