BlueForce, Inc. is seeking highly experienced and dedicated Gulfstream Flight Attendant Instructors to join its team, supporting the 89th Airlift Wing Formal Training Unit (FTU). The selected Gulfstream FA Instructor will deliver essential instruction on high-profile government aircraft, specifically the C-37 A/B, to flight attendants and Communication System Operators (CSOs), focusing on emergency protocols, customer service, aircraft-specific procedures, and regulatory compliance. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
About the Role

Deliver high-quality instruction to Executive Airlift (EA) Formal Training Unit (FTU) students in accordance with current training guides and courseware.

Oversee student progress, providing assistance to ensure proficiency and evaluate performance effectively.

Support students in correcting deficiencies and enhancing their learning outcomes.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive files and records pertinent to the EA FTU, including AF Form 1522s and short records.

Manage all course material for students and assist with document reviews after each class.

Ensure timely completion of monthly and quarterly reviews and all closeouts prior to submission to the squadron.

Administer tests and assessments to gauge student understanding and skill acquisition.

Coordinate with Formal Training Unit leadership to request power-on trainers as required, outside of Operations Group requirements.

Provide valuable input to FTU flying trainers (FFT) on recommended training focus areas.

Maintain and adjust training lesson plans, PowerPoints, quizzes, and surveys in coordination with staff.

Requirements

Possession of an active Secret clearance.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Gulfstream Flight Attendant Instructor within the 89th Airlift Wing.

At least five (5) years of demonstrated understanding of C-37 A/B aircraft systems and security requirements.

A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated knowledge and practical application of C-37 A/B technical publications, 89th Airlift Wing Operations Procedures, and Air Force regulations.

Five (5) or more years of demonstrated understanding and knowledge of current Air Mobility Command (AMC), United States Air Force (USAF) requirements, and 89th Airlift Wing processes for mission execution.

At least five (5) years of demonstrated knowledge of the 89th Airlift Wing mission and operational conduct.

Demonstrated proficiency with computers, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft Office software through relevant work experience.

Proven competence in guiding students through structured learning, fostering engagement, and improving performance.

Demonstrated ability to adhere strictly to organizational standards and policies.

Exceptional written, verbal, and comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in professional and operational settings.
