Cabin Crew Positions – Guernsey & Jersey – Blue Islands

Blue Islands, a provider of year-round air connectivity to and from the Channel Islands, seeks enthusiastic and dedicated Cabin Crew members to join its team based in Guernsey and Jersey. Operating a fleet of ATR 72 aircraft and performing approximately 900 flights monthly across the Channel Islands, the UK, and Europe, Blue Islands plays a vital role in maintaining the socio-economic well-being of the Channel Islands. Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the highest safety standards, reflecting the pride Blue Islands takes in its operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight, providing assistance to passengers, and maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment. Full-time and part-time positions are available with varied roster patterns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a valid UK or Republic of Ireland issued passport or EU passport with granted UK (or UK Common Travel Area) settled status.
• Availability to commence the next initial training course.
• Minimum age of 18 years (regulatory requirement).
• Ability to swim.
• Good physical fitness.
• Successful completion of a Cabin Crew Medical Examination compliant with UK CAA regulations.
• Provision of references to satisfy a 5-year background and criminal record check for airport security pass issuance.
• Ideally, a minimum of twelve months' experience in a customer-facing role, or a demonstrated aptitude for such a role.

Senior Cabin Crew Positions:

Senior Cabin Crew positions are also available for candidates possessing at least 12 months of continuous flying experience within the past 36 months, ideally in a senior cabin crew capacity.

Relocation Assistance:

While accommodation is not provided, Blue Islands offers a relocation assistance package (details discussed during the interview process) to support candidates relocating to the Channel Islands, including assistance with accommodation sourcing and the acquisition of necessary residency and employment licenses.
