bizav, a charter operator based in Nhulunbuy, is seeking a qualified Multi Engine Pilot to join their team as Pilot in Command. The role involves operating Beechcraft Baron and Cessna 310 aircraft, undertaking a variety of missions including day and night flying, remote community service, medical charters, and search and rescue operations.

About the Role

The Pilot in Command will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Beechcraft Baron and Cessna 310 aircraft from Gove Airport in East Arnhem Land. This position is integral to bizav's charter operations, demanding flexibility and a commitment to service excellence across diverse flight profiles.

Requirements

• Australian CPL(A) license
• Minimum 800 hours total flight time
• Minimum 20 hours multi-engine experience
• Minimum 10 hours on Beechcraft Baron and/or Cessna 310 aircraft
• Current Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC), Instrument Rating (IR), Instrument Approach Procedures (IAP) 2D and 3D (1 Renewal)
• Current Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
• Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate
• Legal entitlement to work in Australia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform duties on a 24/7 on-call roster
• Willingness to support aircraft maintenance and base operations

Qualifications

• Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with multi-engine endorsement.
• Previous experience in charter operations is highly advantageous.
