Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Flight Time:
- A minimum of 1,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) flight time on multi-crew aircraft above 23,000 kg.
- Alternatively, applicants must possess a minimum of 1,500 hours of experience as a Co-pilot on an ATR 72 aircraft.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not a mandatory prerequisite, as comprehensive type rating training will be provided to successful candidates.
- License: Applicants must hold a valid EASA Frozen ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License), with current Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine (ME) endorsements.
- Medical Certificate: A valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is essential.
- Language Proficiency:
- Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Spanish, with a minimum ICAO linguistic competence certificate Level 5.
- Passport: A valid passport with more than six months of remaining validity is required.
Highly Desirable Attributes:
- Possession of an ATR42/72 variant 600 Type Approval is considered a significant advantage.
- University studies, demonstrable aeronautical experience, additional language proficiencies, and prior work experience both within and outside the aviation field will be highly valued.
