Operating a fleet of Embraer E175 and E190 aircraft, BermudAir connects Bermuda with destinations across North America and the Caribbean, prioritizing safety, reliability, and a premium customer experience.

About the Role

The Cabin Crew Member will be responsible for ensuring passenger safety and well-being throughout each flight. This includes delivering exceptional customer service, handling meal and beverage service, and demonstrating proficiency in emergency procedures. Adherence to aviation regulations and company policies is paramount.

Requirements

• A minimum of 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Height and reach standards necessary for operating emergency equipment.
• Passion for fitness.
• Strong swimming ability.
• Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as Cabin Crew or in a similar customer service role (preferred).
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Valid passport.
• Ability to undergo a thorough background check and complete specialized training.

Qualifications

• Cabin crew certification or training.
