BermudAir is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Cabin Crew and Safety to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of the cabin crew, ensuring exceptional service delivery, rigorous compliance with safety protocols, and the maintenance of a superior guest experience. The Head of Cabin Crew and Safety reports directly to the Head of Flight Operations and plays a critical role in upholding the airline's high standards of quality and safety.
Role Responsibilities

Liaise with the Competent Authority on operational matters in coordination with the Head of Flight Operations.

Manage and maintain the Operations Manual and oversee the control of safety notices and instructions.

Coordinate the recruitment and retention of Cabin Crew.

Ensure the effective training and scheduling of Cabin Crew for all aircraft operations.

Collaborate with Ground Operations and Line Station Engineers regarding aircraft housekeeping and cabin presentation.

Execute audits and assessments of cabin crew performance, implementing corrective action plans where necessary.

Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Manage crew wellness programs, track attendance patterns, and liaise with HR to mitigate operational disruptions.

Monitor cabin service standards and passenger-crew interactions in partnership with customer experience departments.

Address safety deficiencies and ensure the adequacy of all training programs.

Conduct Line Training and Checks while promoting a culture of safety and compliance.

Foster a supportive, communicative, and motivating work environment for the cabin crew.

Manage audit findings and ensure the timely processing of safety reports in adherence to safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of cabin crew management experience within a commercial airline.

At least 3 years of direct in-flight management experience.

Demonstrated strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry safety/operational best practices.

Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and team-building abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technical aptitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualified trainer status in CRM, AVMed, SEP, and SOP is desirable.

Willingness to travel as required.
