Role Overview
The A320 First Officer assumes a critical role in supporting the Captain and ensuring the safe, punctual, and highly efficient conduct of all flight operations. This position requires an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of professionalism and strict adherence to all aviation safety regulations and company protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the A320 aircraft in close collaboration with the Captain, maintaining paramount focus on flight safety and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Rigorously monitor aircraft systems and performance parameters across all phases of flight.
- Actively participate in the meticulous planning of flight routes, judiciously considering meteorological conditions, optimal fuel requirements, and air traffic control directives.
- Ensure stringent adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, including the comprehensive flight operation manuals, checklists, and standard operating procedures stipulated by Beond and relevant aviation authorities.
- Execute comprehensive pre-flight checks and briefings, meticulously verifying the completeness and accuracy of all essential flight documentation.
- Assist in the precise preparation of detailed flight plans, incorporating comprehensive aircraft performance data and current weather intelligence.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the Captain and ground operations personnel to guarantee secure and streamlined flight operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a valid EASA, ICAO, or FAA Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL/IR) with ATPL theoretical credits.
- A current A320 family type rating, with a documented last flight within the preceding three months.
- A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4, with Level 5 highly preferred.
- A minimum of 500 total flight hours on A320 family aircraft.
