Role Overview

The Citation X First Officer serves as Second in Command (SIC), ensuring safe, legal, compliant, and efficient flight operations while delivering premium passenger service for Part 135 charter missions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate flight assignments safely, legally, and efficiently.
  • Conduct pre-flight, cockpit, and post-flight checklists and inspections in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage flight planning, including weather analysis, routing, aircraft performance, airworthiness status, security requirements, and passenger requests.
  • Assist with loading and unloading passenger baggage as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Valid CE-750 Type Rated First Officer (SIC) certification is mandatory.
  • Current FAA First Class Medical certificate.
  • Valid Passport.
  • U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident status with unrestricted right to work.
  • ICAO eligibility for international operations.
  • Proven ability to successfully complete company training and demonstrate proficiency in all required duties.
  • Part 135 experience is preferred.

Flight Time Requirements

  • 1,500 total flight hours.
  • 50 hours of multi-engine time.

Key Competencies

  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of CE-750 systems, including performance calculations and airworthiness checks.
  • Contributes to aircraft readiness and mission success through attention to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Delivers exceptional passenger service and supports cross-functional collaboration.
  • Utilizes proactive communication, effective workload sharing, and threat/error management to achieve mission objectives.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a home-based position requiring residency within one hour of a major airport in the domestic United States. Pilots must be available to travel for flight assignments and operational support. The role follows a rotating schedule of either 8/6 or 15/13.
