Bell Textron Canada Ltd. is seeking an experienced Test Pilot Expert to join their team in Mirabel, QC. About the Role:

The Test Pilot Expert will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and airworthiness of Bell's production aircraft. This individual will be responsible for:

• Conducting functional testing, evaluation, and acceptance of production aircraft.
• Ensuring compliance with military, FAA, and Transport Canada standards.
• Conducting customer familiarization and training flights, often requiring national and international travel.
• Collaborating closely with marketing, engineering, quality control, manufacturing, and technical support teams on product demonstrations, development, and evaluation flights.

Qualifications:

• 4500 hours of pilot-in-command experience on helicopters, including experience on Bell products.
• Valid CPL(H) or ATPL(H) license with IFR group 4.
• Instructor or FAA license is considered an asset.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English is mandatory; functional French is an asset.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
