Position Overview
The successful candidate will serve as a Flight Attendant, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers during flights. This role demands professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills, and a dedication to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure passenger safety and security in accordance with airline regulations.
- Provide superior customer service, addressing passenger needs and inquiries.
- Serve meals and beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and orderliness throughout the flight.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and challenging situations.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Aspiring candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Citizenship: Malaysian nationals (male and female).
- Age: Between 18 and 28 years old.
- Height: Minimum 160cm for female applicants; minimum 170cm for male applicants.
- Physical Condition: Body Mass Index (BMI) within the normal range.
- Education: SPM qualification with a credit in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Fluency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
- Health: Must be medically, physically, and mentally fit for the demands of the role.
- Appearance: Free from visible tattoos or body markings.
