Bank of America is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Corporate Flight Attendant to join their aviation team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute directly to the success of the company by ensuring the well-being, comfort, and safety of Bank of America associates and clients during worldwide travel on corporate aircraft.
Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the flight crew, the Corporate Flight Attendant will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Safety First: Delivering comprehensive aircraft safety briefings, responding effectively to emergencies, and ensuring a secure cabin environment throughout each flight.
- Exceptional Service: Providing attentive and personalized service to passengers, anticipating their needs, and ensuring a comfortable and seamless travel experience.
- Culinary Expertise: Planning and procuring high-quality, creative meals tailored to specific dietary requirements, maintaining adequate commissary supplies, and adhering to strict food safety protocols.
- Seamless Operations: Demonstrating expert knowledge of cabin systems, technology, and appliances, ensuring their optimal condition and function for all flights.
- Collaborative Spirit: Working effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating seamlessly with the Chief Flight Attendant and other crew members.
- Discretion and Professionalism: Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when interacting with executives and passengers.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior Experience: Proven experience as a Flight Attendant, with a preference for candidates with Corporate Aviation (Part 91) experience.
- Safety Proficiency: Current certifications and proficiency in emergency evacuation procedures and medical-related training.
- Training & Expertise: Certified Flight Attendant training from an accredited organization (MedAire, Flight Safety International, FACTS).
- Large Cabin Experience: Demonstrated experience in large cabin corporate aircraft cabin service, systems, technology, catering, and food preparation.
- Exceptional Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally and comfortably with senior-level executives.
- Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and travel on long-duration international flights.
- Location: Must be located within 75 minutes of Charlotte Douglas Airport or be willing to relocate within that radius.
