This is your opportunity to join Babcock as a Falcon Instructor/Developer. The role is advertised as part of an exciting new contract opportunity that commenced on 1st January 2022.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an experienced instructor to carry out the Training Design, Development and Delivery in support of Falcon/FEEC Training.

What will you be doing?
As a Falcon Instructor/Developer you will be an accomplished communicator who is able to investigate, persuade and report at all organisational levels.

Your duties will include:
Being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the WANT team for the development and delivery of Falcon System Engineer training
Delivering Communications Information Systems (CIS) Engineering Training to Phase 3 trainees
Developing the Falcon Engineer course material under the supervision of the Lead Instructor in accordance with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
Engaging with the media team to develop System Engineering Training.
Proactively support the DSCIS Military Instructor team and the BAE Training Support Engineer in the delivery of training and maintenance of the training fleet.

The experience you’ll bring
You must hold or have the ability to obtain SC security clearance
Proven consolidated experience of general CIS engineering principles.
Previous proven instructional experience.
Previous proven instructional experience in a military environment.
DCTS Defence Instructional Techniques course or equivalent. (Candidate must be able to complete a course successfully if not already qualified.)
Proven experience of CBT/CAI principles, concepts and use.
