Business Jet Aviation (BJA) is seeking an experienced Captain for the Cessna C525 (CJ2) aircraft, based in Berlin, Germany. As a Captain, the successful candidate will command flights for this growing German business jet operator, specializing in charter services across Europe for private and corporate clients.
About the Role

Commanding the Cessna C525 series aircraft (CJ2) on charter flights.

Ensuring safe, reliable, and customer-oriented flight operations.

Maintaining compliance with all EASA, AOC, and company regulations.

Providing professional and confident interaction with passengers, partners, and stakeholders.

Conducting pre-flight checks and crew briefings.

Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of flight operations.

Demonstrating exemplary Crew Resource Management (CRM) and a strong safety mindset.
Requirements

EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL(A) credit.

A minimum of 1,700 total flight hours.

A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.

C525 Type Rating (preferred but not mandatory).

Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) qualification.

Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).

A valid EU passport.

An EU work permit.

ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
