About the Role

BGI is seeking experienced F-16 Instructor Pilots to provide mentorship and operational advising to partner-nation F-16 squadrons and pilots. This part-time position involves periodic international deployments, typically lasting 2-3 months. The role is based in the USA and requires an active secret security clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years as a fighter pilot in a fourth or fifth generation fighter aircraft.
• Operational Instructor Pilot (IP) experience.
• Active secret security clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• International pilot experience.
• F-16 Weapons School graduate.
