BAE Systems is seeking a permanent, full-time Structural Composites Instructor for their operations at RAAF Base, Wagga Wagga, NSW. This role is integral to delivering Initial Employment Training (IET) for aviation trade students, with a specialized focus on aerospace structures and composite materials.
The Structural Composites Instructor will be responsible for the comprehensive delivery of Initial Employment Training (IET) to aviation trade students. This position involves a strong emphasis on Aerospace Structures and Composite materials, as well as supporting the ongoing administration and delivery of the Structures Training program. Training will be conducted in diverse environments including classrooms, workshops, and hangars, fostering a practical and hands-on learning experience for tri-service cohorts. Key duties include delivering training in composite repair techniques, facilitating theoretical and practical sessions, developing training materials, and maintaining a high standard of safety and regulatory compliance.
