Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive pre-flight cabin safety checks and briefings.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all company policies, standard operating procedures, and aviation regulations.
  • Maintaining a secure, safe, and orderly cabin environment for passengers and crew.
  • Responding swiftly and effectively to all onboard emergencies, including medical incidents, evacuations, turbulence, and aircraft irregularities or malfunctions.
  • Monitoring cabin conditions and rigorously enforcing safety requirements, such as seatbelt compliance and proper stowage of carry-on baggage.
  • Managing aircraft catering and cabin setup to ensure passenger satisfaction.
  • Overseeing aircraft cabin supplies, organization, and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintaining the stocking and general upkeep of the department’s commissary.
  • Coordinating effectively with the flight crew and scheduler on all trip logistics.

Communication and Teamwork

  • Communicating with clarity and professionalism with passengers, crew members, and leadership.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with the flight crew to ensure a safe, smooth, and efficient flight operation.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Possession of an unrestricted U.S. Passport.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in aviation.
  • Experience with Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private/corporate aircraft is strongly preferred.
  • A valid Emergency Evacuation Training certificate from an approved provider (e.g., FSI, FACTS, AirCare).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods and move freely throughout the cabin.
  • Ability to work effectively within a pressurized cabin environment.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and in emergency situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently.

Working Conditions

  • Schedule: Variable, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Travel: Frequent domestic and international travel is required.
  • Work Environment: Operation within a pressurized cabin, with potential exposure to turbulence and other environmental factors.

Compensation and Benefits

Full-Time Salary Range: $118,095 - $200,762 per annum.

This salary range is indicative and based on market pay structures. Actual compensation will be determined by factors including business needs, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
