Role Overview
The Flight Instructor will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive and high-quality flight instruction to aspiring aviators. Minimum Requirements
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 200 hours of total flight time is required.
- Flight Instruction Experience: Candidates must possess more than 200 hours of verifiable flight instruction experience.
- Licensing: A valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with an active Flight Instructor (FI) rating is essential.
- Medical Certificate: Possession of a current Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) at Level 4 or higher.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not a prerequisite for this position; comprehensive type rating training will be fully provided by BAA Training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Instrument Rating Instructor (IRI(A)) rating.
- Demonstrable prior experience as an Instrument Rating Instructor (IRI).
