As a Flight Instructor, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive hands-on flight training to students, encompassing both in-flight instruction and ground school, covering fundamental flying techniques and theoretical knowledge.
- Communicating instructions clearly and effectively, adapting teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
- Emphasizing and enforcing strict safety standards throughout all training activities.
- Instructing students on emergency procedures and ensuring adherence to all applicable aviation regulations.
- Regularly evaluating student progress through comprehensive assessments, providing constructive feedback and collaborating with students to address areas requiring improvement.
- Maintaining meticulous records of student progress, flight hours, and instructional activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.
- Remaining current with evolving aviation regulations and guaranteeing that all training activities comply with relevant laws and standards set by aviation authorities.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A valid EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A) License.
- A valid EASA 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- A valid Unrestricted FI(A) rating.
- ICAO English level 5 or higher.
- A valid EU work permit.
- More than 200 flight instruction hours.
