Avmax is seeking skilled and dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join its MRO division in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time role operates across two shifts, seven days a week, supporting the maintenance and repair of customer aircraft. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the airworthiness and safety of aircraft under the guidance of a Department Lead. Multiple vacancies are available for qualified candidates.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the aircraft maintenance field is required.

Training is primarily conducted online with some instructor-led sessions as part of the onboarding process, which must be completed within the initial three months of employment. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Department Lead.
