Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the A320 First Officer position must meet the following stringent requirements:

  • Possession of an active A320 Type Rating.
  • Hold a valid EASA ATPL or Frozen ATPL (CPL with ATPL subjects).
  • Maintain a current EASA Class 1 flight crew medical certificate.
  • Possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union (EU).
  • Demonstrate ICAO Level 4 English language proficiency or higher.
  • Accumulate a minimum of 1000 hours of total flying experience.
  • Accrue a minimum of 500 hours flying experience on the A320 type.
  • Provide a statement confirming no accident or incident from all past employments.
  • Hold a clean criminal record.
  • Supply a letter of license verification from the issuing Authority.
