Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A320 Type Rating is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in the English language is required. (ICAO Level 4 or higher)
  • Possession of a valid EASA ATPL or Frozen ATPL (CPL with ATPL subjects).
  • A valid EASA Class 1 flight crew medical certificate.
  • The unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union.
  • A minimum of 1000 hours of total flying experience is necessary.
  • A minimum of 500 hours of flying experience on the A320 type is required.
  • A statement of no accident or incident history from previous employers is mandatory.
  • A clean criminal record is required.
  • A Letter of License verification from the issuing Authority is needed.

  • Joining Bonus: A 10,000 Euro joining bonus will be awarded to pilots joining the Avion Express team before mid-July.
  • Competitive Salary: First Officers receive a summer fixed payment of 5,500 Euros, plus block hour payment from the first hour. Senior First Officers receive a summer fixed payment of 6,000 Euros, plus block hour payment from the first hour.
