A320 Captain Requirements

The organization is actively seeking qualified individuals for the A320 Captain position. Prospective candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A320 Type Rating
  • Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
  • A minimum of 3000 hours of total flight time
  • A minimum of 250 command hours on the A320 Family (A320F)
  • For ICAO license validation, a minimum of 1500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) multi-crew hours
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • English proficiency meeting ICAO Level 4 minimum

A320 First Officer Requirements

The company is also recruiting for the A320 First Officer role. Essential qualifications include:

  • A320 Type Rating
  • For EASA candidates: A valid ATPL or Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
  • For ICAO candidates: A valid ATPL or Frozen ATPL license
  • For EASA candidates: A minimum of 100 hours on the A320 Family (A320F)
  • For ICAO license validation: A minimum of 100 hours on the A320 Family (A320F) plus 1500 multi-crew hours
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • English proficiency meeting ICAO Level 4 minimum
