APS (Advanced Pilot Services) is dedicated to helping pilots bring everyone home safely through world-leading Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT). This position offers a unique opportunity to instruct in high-performance piston and jet aircraft, and advanced simulators, focusing on all-attitude, all-envelope maneuvering flight. Instructors at APS make a significant daily impact, contributing directly to aviation safety and potentially saving lives.

Position Summary:

APS is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) Instructor Pilot. The primary focus will be delivering world-class UPRT curriculum, both ground and flight instruction, in high-performance, aerobatic-capable airplanes such as the Extra 300L. Opportunities exist to advance to instructing in advanced jet aircraft like the S211 SIAI-Marchetti and advanced simulators. The instructor will train a diverse clientele, including owner/operator, corporate, business, executive, government, military, and commercial pilots. Flight operations are based in Mesa, Arizona (KIWA).
