Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will demonstrate an unwavering commitment to operational safety and institutional regulatory adherence:
- The pilot is responsible for the rigorous identification and prompt reporting of all instances of safety hazards, regulatory non-compliance, or ineffective operational processes. This proactive approach ensures immediate assessment and subsequent corrective action by airline management.
- Actively participate in, support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization’s robust Safety Management System (SMS).
Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory Requirements
- The applicant must possess a current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate. The validity of this certificate must extend for a minimum of three months beyond the scheduled class start date.
- Successful completion of the required Airline Transport Pilot Certification Training Program (ATP-CTP) course is essential.
Preferred Qualifications (Enhancing Candidate Profile)
Preference will be given to candidates who meet or exceed the following flight hour and certification thresholds, demonstrating superior experience:
- Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours of total logged flight time.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours of time logged in turbine aircraft.
