Head of Cabin - Vienna, Austria
Avcon Jet is seeking a full-time Head of Cabin to lead cabin operations for its corporate fleet, based in Vienna, Austria. This key role involves managing cabin crew, overseeing service standards, and ensuring safety compliance, with regular flight duties.
About the Role

Manage permanent and freelance cabin crew, including recruitment and scheduling.

Oversee cabin service standards, safety compliance, and crew training.

Handle cabin service feedback and liaise with client-facing teams.

Report to nominated Flight Operations managers.

Undertake flight duties approximately four to five times per month.
Requirements

A minimum of five years of experience as a flight attendant.

At least two years of experience in corporate aviation.

At least two years of experience in a senior or leadership role within cabin operations.

Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of aviation safety regulations.

Fluent English proficiency.

Professional presentation and discretion.

Flexibility for travel.

Proficiency in Office/Excel and strong administrative and organisational skills.

A valid driving licence.

Unrestricted permission to live and work in Austria.
