We're looking for exceptional Senior Cabin Crew to lead our in-flight teams and help shape the onboard experience from the front.
The Role:
As a Senior Cabin Crew Member , you’ll take command of the cabin — ensuring safety , service excellence , and crew coordination are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll lead by example, creating a calm, courteous, and first-class atmosphere for our passengers, while guiding your team to perform at their very best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and enforce Aurigny’s highest standards of safety , first aid , security , and customer service
- Lead thorough pre-flight briefings , ensuring all cabin crew are informed, prepared, and uniform-compliant
- Monitor and manage all in-flight service delivery , making real-time decisions to maintain a seamless passenger experience
- Liaise closely with flight crew to ensure effective and professional communication at all times
- Maintain onboard discipline and compliance with procedures for both crew and passengers
- Take ownership of catering , equipment, and cabin presentation standards
- Provide constructive feedback to management to enhance the onboard product and crew performance
- Motivate and mentor junior crew, fostering teamwork and service pride
- Uphold the professional image of Aurigny at all times, whether in the air or on the ground
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as Cabin Crew , ideally with leadership responsibilities
- A natural leader who inspires confidence and calm under pressure
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety, security, and service procedures
