Role Overview
As a VIP Flight Attendant, you will serve as a key ambassador for our clients, providing bespoke, high-end service on one of the industry's most advanced midsize jets. Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, personalized service to ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout all flight phases.

Maintain rigorous safety and security standards in strict accordance with all aviation regulations and protocols.

Execute high-quality in-flight services, including the preparation and delivery of fine dining, beverages, amenities, and entertainment assistance.

Coordinate effectively with flight crew to ensure operational continuity and a flawless customer experience.

Manage aircraft inventory, coordinate procurement, and oversee supplier relationships to fulfill all flight requirements.

Prepare cabin services with meticulous attention to detail and collaborate with the sales department to address specific client requests, feedback, and service enhancements.
Requirements

Proven professional experience as a Flight Attendant within the business aviation sector on midsize to heavy jets.

Superior interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to engage professionally with high-profile clientele.

Strong customer-service orientation, characterized by attention to detail, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Demonstrated organizational skills, discretion, and high adaptability to fluctuating operational and client needs.

Comprehensive knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and multi-cultural etiquette.

Possession of an unrestricted passport and the legal right to reside and work within the European Union.

Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory; proficiency in French is highly advantageous.

Must reside within a two-hour call-out radius of LFPB (Paris–Le Bourget Airport) or be willing to relocate to this area.
