The Dominican air travel market has experienced steady growth in the last few years and Arajet believes that, by adopting the ULCC model, it can accelerate that growth. We are looking First Officers to assist the captain as Second in Command in safety flights, on our B737-MAX aircraft and takes over should Pilot in Command become incapacitated. When not flying, monitors all aspects of flight to ensure safety and all aircraft systems for normal operations.
Responsibility
Reporting to the Chief Pilot.
Assisting in flight preparation and operation of the aircraft.
Ensuring safety, efficient operation, and management of the aircraft.
Carry out pre-flight checks of aircraft systems.
Monitors in-flight data to guarantee a smooth operation.
Requirements
Type Rated on B737–NG/MAX.
No type of rate needed for Dominican (According to Dominican regulators authority)
Current American Visa B1/B2 on date.
Current Medical Certification.
ICAO English Level 4 as minimum
Current ATP License.
Equal or more than 1,500 total hours (According to Dominican regulators authority 1,000 hours for Dominican candidates).
