  • Maintain a secure and efficient cabin environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Minimum requirements
  • Be a Dominican citizen or possess a validation of a foreign Flight Attendant license issued by the IDAC that authorizes you to operate on Dominican aircraft.
  • Have a valid and unrestricted passport.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be able to swim.
  • Have a secondary degree or equivalent (preferably higher education).
  • Possess an advanced level of spoken and written English.
  • Have enough height to reach, open and close overhead compartments of the aircraft while standing.
  • Have time availability and transfer flexibility.
  • Handle pressure well.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and maintain reliable attendance.
  • Calm under pressure and stressful situations.
  • Conscientious and dedicated.
  • Excellent attitude (positive thinker).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Multitasker.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Team player.
