About the Role
The EMB-120 / SA-227 Instructor Pilot is integral to the Flight Training Team, responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs. This position involves conducting ground school, simulator, and flight training for new hires, transitioning pilots, and recurrent crewmembers. The role also includes facilitating online training, ensuring regulatory compliance, evaluating pilot performance, and contributing to curriculum development. The Instructor Pilot may also be required to provide line coverage during peak operational demands.

Qualifications

Previous experience in EMB-120 and/or SA-227 aircraft is strongly preferred

Prior Part 121 or Part 135 airline training experience

Demonstrated experience as a check airman, instructor pilot, or training captain

Experience in simulator instruction environments

Familiarity with advanced training technologies / LMS platforms
