This role is responsible for world-wide air transportation for American Express business unit clients, requiring close collaboration with crew, maintenance, and dispatch personnel.
About the Role
The Fixed Wing Captain, serving as Pilot in Command (PIC), is entrusted with the paramount responsibility for the safe, efficient, and professional execution of all flight operations. This position ensures adherence to all applicable local, federal, and international regulations, alongside company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Captain will collaborate with all crew members, maintenance technicians, dispatch personnel, and aviation leadership to successfully complete assigned missions. Secondary duties may include tasks supporting core Aviation functions.
Requirements

Prior large turbine aircraft operating experience as PIC.

Experience with Gulfstream 600/650 aircraft is required.

Qualifications

FAA-issued Air Transport Pilot certificate with a multi-engine rating; GVI or GVII type rating is preferred.

Current FAA first-class medical certificate and the ability to maintain it.

Up-to-date immunization/vaccine record (subject to review by Amex Medical).

Prior work experience in corporate/business aviation is preferred.
