About the Role
The Crew Scheduling Supervisor will be a key member of the Crew Scheduling Team within the Integrated Operations Division. This position oversees the operational needs of flight attendant crew scheduling, ensuring compliance with contractual labor agreements and Federal Aviation Regulations. The role involves leading a team of Crew Schedulers, providing guidance, and contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalency.

3 years of job-related experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications

2 years of Crew Scheduling experience is preferred.

Experience working with contract labor groups and knowledge of the Flight Attendant JCBA are desirable.
