Key Responsibilities

Ensure a complete crew complement on every flight while adhering to contractual working agreements and company service requirements.

Schedule, reschedule, and reassign flight crews to trips allocated to the designated base.

Review policies and procedures to recommend improvements in productivity and efficiency.

Maintain operational continuity, including manual duty completion during potential computer outages.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalency.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree.

Previous experience in crew scheduling.

Operational knowledge within the aviation industry.

Proficiency with SABRE/DECS systems.
Required Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to exercise sound judgment and make objective, data-driven decisions.

Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with management and union groups.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Proficiency with the 24-hour clock and worldwide time zones.

Ability to interpret and apply complex flight attendant or pilot labor agreements.

Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required with little or no advance notice.
