Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a complete crew complement on every flight while adhering to contractual working agreements and company service requirements.
• Schedule, reschedule, and reassign flight crews to trips allocated to the designated base.
• Review policies and procedures to recommend improvements in productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain operational continuity, including manual duty completion during potential computer outages.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in crew scheduling.
• Operational knowledge within the aviation industry.
• Proficiency with SABRE/DECS systems.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make objective, data-driven decisions.
• Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with management and union groups.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Capability to memorize computer entry codes and city codes.
• Proficiency with the 24-hour clock and worldwide time zones.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex flight attendant or pilot labor agreements.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required with little or no advance notice.
