This vital role involves providing foundational flight and academic instruction for U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and Allied partner Nations' helicopter pilot training programs, significantly contributing to national defense.

Role Overview

The Instructor Pilot is responsible for teaching, coaching, and mentoring student pilots through an intensive training curriculum. This structured program is designed to prepare them for their future roles as military aviators, with an unwavering commitment to safety remaining paramount in every aspect of the training culture. Instruction is primarily conducted in the UH-72 helicopter, though prior military aviation experience or UH-72 qualification is not a prerequisite.
