Amentum seeks applications for the position of Helicopter Pilot (Instructor) at Fort Novosel, Alabama. The successful applicant will provide instruction in the UH-72 aircraft. Instructors are responsible for teaching, coaching, and mentoring student pilots through intensive training programs designed to prepare them for their future roles as military aviators. Flight training inherently carries risk, but safety remains paramount in every aspect of the Rotary Wing Flight Training culture. Boasting an unprecedented safety record with over 2.5 million hours of flight instruction, Amentum instructors conduct flight instruction across an area encompassing more than 40,000 square miles within the National Airspace System. Military aviation experience or prior UH-72 qualification is not required.
Applicants are subject to Government approval and terms of a 12-month Employee Agreement.
