The organization encompasses three distinct brands: Wing Aviation Group, a FAA Part 135 charter certificate operator focused on high-quality service in aircraft management and consulting; Wing Aviation Maintenance, providing specialized aircraft maintenance in Stuart, Florida; and Encore Plane Parts, an Orlando-based specialist in engine sales, leases, and rotable aircraft parts.
Role Objective
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service with a calm, confident, and professional demeanor. As an integral member of the flight crew, the individual will coordinate flight activities and communicate effectively with team members to ensure the highest standards of operational safety.
Essential Job Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive flight planning by utilizing weather reports and relevant data in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and Company policy.

Verify aircraft airworthiness through mandatory preflight inspections and adherence to regulatory standards.

Ensure all flights are adequately fueled and planned to meet safety and regulatory requirements.

Operate the aircraft effectively and safely during duty periods, following the Captain’s instructions and established protocols.

Maintain an in-depth, current knowledge of all operated equipment, relevant FARs, and internal manuals or procedural instructions.

Proactively inform crew and passengers of turbulent weather or any operational factors influencing flight status.

Prepare accurate load manifests for every flight mission.

Uphold reliable and punctual operations by consistently meeting all report times, departure schedules, and turnaround requirements.

Facilitate the professional handling of passengers, baggage, cargo, and aircraft while at the terminal.

Adhere strictly to Company attendance policies and maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.

Uphold professional conduct standards as outlined in the Flight Operations Manual and Employee Handbook.

Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance performance and technical abilities.

Execute additional duties as directed by Company leadership and the Chief Pilot.
Candidate Requirements and Competencies

Possess the necessary flight hours and meet age requirements as established by the FAA and the Company.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task, organize data, define complex problems, and deliver timely reports.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Experience working for a Part 135 Charter Operator is preferred.

Prior experience utilizing aviation software is preferred but not required.
