Role Objective
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly, calm, and professional demeanor. This role requires close coordination with flight crew members to effectively convey flight activities, ensure operational excellence, and maintain the highest standards of safety.
Essential Job Tasks

Conduct comprehensive flight planning using current weather information and reports in strict adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies.

Perform thorough pre-flight inspections and verify aircraft airworthiness according to regulatory and company standards.

Ensure accurate fuel planning and flight logistics to maintain safe, compliant operations.

Operate aircraft safely and effectively during duty periods, following Captain’s instructions, FARs, and company policies.

Maintain an expert working knowledge of operated equipment, applicable regulations, manuals, and internal procedures.

Communicate effectively with crew and passengers regarding turbulence or operational changes.

Prepare load manifests for every flight and ensure on-time performance regarding report, departure, and turn times.

Assist with the professional handling of passengers, baggage, cargo, and aircraft while at the terminal.

Uphold reliable attendance and adhere to company uniform and professional appearance standards.

Model professional conduct at all times, complying with the Flight Operations Manual and Employee Handbook.

Engage in ongoing professional development and performance upgrades.

Perform additional duties as directed by the Company or Chief Pilot.
Competencies and Requirements

Meet all current FAA and company-specific requirements regarding age and flight hours.

Possess strong multi-tasking, data collection, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on timely reporting.

Demonstrate intermediate computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience working for a Part 135 Charter Operator is preferred.

Experience with aviation-specific software is considered an asset.
