First Officer (Second in Command)
A premier air transport organization is seeking highly professional and safety-oriented pilots to join its operations as First Officer (Second in Command). Role Responsibilities
The First Officer executes essential duties vital to the integrity and efficiency of commercial flight operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating proficiently as Second in Command (SIC) during the transport of passengers, mail, freight, and other critical commercial flight missions.
- Ensuring absolute and continuous compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), established Company Flight Procedures, and internal operational policies across all scheduled flights and routes to maintain the highest standards of safety and security.
Minimum Qualifications and Flight Experience
Prospective candidates must meet or exceed the following documented experience and certification requirements:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 1,500 hours of total documented flight time.
- Turbine Experience: Must possess at least 500 hours of documented fixed-wing turbine time. This requirement may encompass combined experience in both airplane and powered lift configurations.
- Medical Certification: Must hold a current and valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
