Job Position Summary

The Cabin Crew member is responsible for providing exceptional service to passengers while ensuring their safety, security, and comfort throughout every flight. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high standards of professionalism and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strictly adhere to and maintain compliance with Government, DGCA, and company-specific standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain current knowledge of aircraft operations, safety regulations, and service circulars.
  • Uphold company grooming and turn-out standards, presenting a professional image at all times.
  • Manage the validity of all mandatory training, certifications, and documentation.
  • Drive inflight sales and ancillary revenue while promoting the airline brand and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Deliver efficient service with particular attention to passengers requiring special assistance, including those with reduced mobility, the elderly, unaccompanied minors, and families with infants.
  • Execute galley handovers and verify all sales stock and catering uplifts against documentation.
  • Maintain On-Time Performance and ensure cabin safety, security, and comfort protocols are met.
  • Monitor cabin cleanliness and manage company equipment and supplies.
  • Report all operational discrepancies, non-compliances, or defects to the Inflight Manager.
  • Perform all required inflight announcements and complete all pre-flight and post-flight duties.
  • Contribute to service improvements and efficiency by providing feedback on service delivery and cost reduction.
  • Practice effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) to ensure seamless coordination with the flight deck and ground departments.

Requirements

  • Nationality: Indian national with a valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card.
  • Age Limit: 18 to 28 years for freshers; up to 35 years for experienced crew.
  • Physical Standards: Minimum height of 155 cm (female) and 167.5 cm (male), with weight in proportion.
  • BMI Range: 18–23 for females; 18–25 for males.
  • Education: Minimum 10+2 (Class 12th) qualification.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Health: Must be medically fit as per DGCA standards.
  • Appearance: No visible tattoos or marks.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work long hours, shift patterns, and travel as required.

Location

  • Successful candidates must be available for transfer to any operational crew base.
